Who's Really Important?
The Human Resources director of a large corporation just implemented an "Equal Opportunity"
Program. When a group of cannibals applied for positions within the company he was hardpressed
to turn them down. He explained to them they could have a one hour lunch upon which they could
go upstairs to the cafeteria, but NO eating other co-workers. They agreed and began work. A
few months went past and suddenly a secretary was missing. The HR Director quickly responded
by telling the cannibals they had five minutes to empty their personal belongings and they
would be escorted to the parking lot. After his departure one of the cannibals turned to the
others and screamed: "Look what you've done! We've been here for three months eating
management and no one even noticed... but OHHHH NooOOooOo one of you had to go and eat
someone important!!!"
