FGMC's Multicultural Lending Team is lead by Don Maxwell, a 25+ year veteran of the real estate industry. Most recently, Don served a National Director for Fannie Mae's Underserver Lending unit. Other members, joining Don are Roy Wall and James Cromartie. Collectively they are focused on building a "world class" mortgage team that will meet the needs of the growing and highly coveted multicultural housing market.
